Whenever we call A1 Heating & Air, they are very nice and quick to come diagnose and repair our HVAC. We appreciate having a reliable group of technicians to help the community in this Florida heat! Their speedy service, friendly technicians, patient, proactive & knowledgeable work has always kept us as satisfied customers.
My 7 month unit went out on Memorial Day I immediately called Jonathan and he came very quick to figure out what was wrong when he figured out it was pest that messed with the duct work causing a shut down he fought for me to get a new unit under my warranty and him and his team stayed until 8:30 at night to get me back up and running. I won’t ever use another company as long as Jonathan is in business.
We bought our unit 7 years ago and have had nothing but problems. We tried to go with a local business but have regretted it. We found that what we thought was covered in our 5 year warranty never covered anything. 3 years in they charged us $1000 to clean all the coils and drain and recharge the freon. Every time they came out it was $200. Later when we had Peaden come out to check our unit, we found they put locks on the unit so no one else can work on it.
