She made it very easy to find the best aids for me (I tried two different brands) and she dealt with my insurance that covered part of the cost. She happily saw me as many times as I needed in the 2 month trial period. She is understanding and very easy to work with. I strongly recommend this Hear USA on Herschel Street in La Jolla for anyone considering hearing aids.
