My friend had a very bad experience with this company. She sold them her Hyundai Sonata for parts only, and they paid me $200. However, instead of dismantling it as agreed, they fixed the car, did not change the plates, and someone is now driving it under her name. Because of this, she was stuck with a tow bill of $5,341 in her name. This situation is completely unacceptable and feels fraudulent. After reading the reviews I called A1 Hauling and Doug answered my call. The whole process really was under an hour and half and fair pricing. Such a relief!
Fantastic service. Our car was unfortunately unfixable, and we found A-1 Hauling through Google and trusted the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! Very fast process, good communication, car was picked up the next day from an auto shop right on time and the agreed upon price was not changed. Doug is kind and runs a fantastic business which made a stressful situation much easier. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Doug is easy to communicate with, he is straight and honest, and he delivers. He showed up on time, took the necessary measures to get the car onto a tow truck. It was a very good experience.
