We had a leak from the ceiling. Brandon from A1 was the 3rd guy who came to look at it and he was the only guy who knew exactly what the problem is just from hearing what happened. Out of 3, A1 was by far the best and trustworthy. We will continue working with them for home renovation or any other emergencies in the future.
Brandon has done plumbing work for me 3 times or so. He does good work for a fair price. He doesnt rush the job or cut corners like the big guys who just send their workers out.
I have used Brandon for 2 plumbing issues in my new home and both times he was great. He will assess your issue and provide a free estimate, and give you an honest run down of what he thinks will be the most cost effective way to handle something. The first time he visited to look at leaky basement pipes. When he came in, he smelled gas, and discovered a gas leak in 3 places (which our inspection had missed!).
