I just called the Salon to book an appointment 3 mins ago today at 12:30pm. The lady who took the call did not even excuse herself started to talk to some else interrupted me twice. Then she turns back to me she said something in Chinese. I asked if I could book an appointment and asked if the owner was there. She just says “NO” and hung up on me. I understand that she may have been busy but this is not something I expected.

Great service at this salon! I took my mom here at closing time. They were able to accommodate us. I want to give a great thanks to A Bin, who stayed late to wash and cut my mom's hair. We are very pleased with his skills!

I've been going to A1for both my own hair and my son’s, and I couldn’t be happier. Our stylist is originally from Chengdu and brings such skill, care, and attention to detail to every cut and color. My hair always turns out amazing—vibrant, fresh, and exactly how I envision it. He’s also fantastic with kids—my son actually enjoys getting his haircut now, and it always turns out so clean and stylish. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true professional who really knows hair!
