Naji was excellent! He came the night that my garage door broke to see what was wrong with it. It ended up being a spring in the torque master bar. He didn't have one with him, but ordered one and came out to fix it around my work schedule so I didn't have to take any time off. I would definitely call them again if I have any garage door problems in the future!
