Five stars for Cody! Came out for a standard garage tune-up and went above and beyond. He thoroughly explained how the garage door mechanics work and taught me how to keep it in top shape. Friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful!
The technician was very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. The price was a bit high though. But the technician was great!
The garage door got stuck so had to call someone to fix. Called 2 companies out of which I decided to go with A1 garage door. Micheal M. Was assigned to work on the door. He was polite and courteous. Over all I am very pleased with the service and job. The only problem I had with the whole experience was the price transparency. They gave discount on one end and added fees and misc charges on the other hand. A bit straight forward pricing and clear invoicing will make it a better experience.
