Nalder Setubal came in for a maintenance service and upon his inspection of the door, there were quite a few hazardous problems with my almost 30 years Garage Door. We discussed our options and at the end worked out a deal with sales that is going to replace the entire door with lifetime warranty. Just had our followup service after spring replacement. That service fixed a lot of problems from the original instal by another contractor. The followup resulted in tuning up and quieting door operation. GREAT service by Troy. I'm planning on using A-1 for the garage door on my other house.
