Gonzalo arrived on time, and I found him to be very cordial, personable and showing an eagerness to install my new garage door, which made me so happy! In speaking with him, I could tell he was very knowledgeable about what he was going to be doing and could feel that he was going to do an outstanding job, which he did 👍🏽. Chris was fabulous. Came out pretty quick next day to fix what previous tech day before pretty much messed up on a tune up n replacing bearings. Chris identified problem right away and had our garage door running great! Any future work we'll definitely ask for Chris! Thank you!

Wish i read before hiring them..if you google complaints: it says: predatory high-pressure sales tactics, deceptive bait-and-switch pricing, and significantly inflated costs for parts compared to the market. I really do not like to complain against a company that now hold a warranty on the part and service they did but if they dont handle that properly theres always the NV State Contractors Board. Andrew did a very good job. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Answered our questions, explained the problem with the garage door opener, and offered several solutions before we chose our option.
