The team that answers the calls was very friendly. Thr technician Eric completely lied to me telling me the door and opener were in need of a complete over haul that he couldn’t even get it to move and that it was suck in the down position. He stated that it would be More cost effective to completely replace everything. Come to find out, I tested the door myself and the door does go up and down just fine the issue lies in thr programming and it wants to bring its self back up after closing. January 5th 2025 A1 Garage Door Service company is absolutely the very best Garage door company I have ever encountered in my 80 years of life! In addition, the company sent a highly impressive Technician named Daniel Sanford! He went through a 26-point inspection of my garage door and found that my Garage door springs were extremely weak and were not holding the weight of my 250-pound garage door which prevented the door from closing properly and posed a severe safety hazard as well.
