Last weekend I had an issue with a spring on my garage door and a friend recommended Armstrong Garage Door. I left a message for a non-urgent visit and received a call first thing Monday morning. Rocky, the technician, arrived early in the afternoon and replaced the springs, hardware and keypad. This garage door was about 25 years old and had not been maintained properly. We were very pleased with Jeff. He was a delight to talk too and did a very good job in servicing our garage door. No pressure but Jeff suggested that some parts should be replaced and that it would save us an extra service call later. We decided to go ahead with his excellent suggestion.

Rocky did an amazing job. Did not feel like I was being gouged or he was trying to sell me some thing I didn't need. very trustworthy. would highly recommend this company for getting garage doors repaired.
My technician, Jeff, always reviews my door carefully. He gives it a complete look. In addition, today, he noted that the wheels on my door are wearing down and suggested that they be replaced. I agreed. So hopefully that will take care of my door for awhile.

One star is too generous. This company gave me a bid for over $10,000 to replace my garage door and opener. This was not a door with glass or custom woodwork or solid gold hinges. It was a regular 2-car garage door. When I asked them to justify the price, they told me that the door cost them over $7000 to purchase. They will scam you if they can get away with it. Beware of this company!
