Josiah was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy with sales. Very communicative, reliable and even got here before scheduled time and gave me a text before heading to do the repairs. I will definitely be using A1 garage with all my garage door needs.
Jorge from A-1 did a fantastic job for me today. Not only did he solve the issue I called about, but he did every adjustment and lubrication necessary to get my garage door working like new. I have used A-1 for years and will never use anyone else.

This was a simple plan gone awry that that worked out well. David Thomas was super knowledgeable, articulate and well presented. Needing only a bottom rubber seal, it was apparent that a couple of other things needed attention and I agreed to new rollers and a rebalance of my springs.
