Our tech Andrew was very honest and clearly explained everything he was doing, providing us with a few different options. He was friendly and very easy to work with.
I waited for aTech for 3hrs so decided to call. Dispatch conveyed Tech was still at a previous service call but another Tech was nearby or reschedule. I opted to wait. What a great decision that was! Jorge called in route and offered to pick up anything I needed at the grocery store bread or milk? I got the best laugh out of that small gesture and by the way he did a fantastic job! He is a keeper A1 Service…I see a bonus in his future!!
Derrick was our service technician who showed on time and dressed professionally. He was courteous and knowledgeable about our situation and was in and out within 30 minutes or so. If you are looking for a no nonsense company this is it A1 Garage door!
