Alyx (technician) arrived at 8am. This was impressive, being how we typically are given a 3 hour window for arrival. His mindset was to do the job with skill, and integrity while saving us money. When thrown a curve ball with the repair, Alyx made me aware of the guidelines he had been given by A-1 and offered to contact a manager. Jordan (manager) explained the situation and allowed me to decide. This was an awesome service experience. A-1 will be our forever choice when needing repair and maintance!! Thankyou!
Scotty was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond explaining everything to my mother and walking her through the process. I would highly recommended him and will be asking for him again anytime I have garage door needs.

2025/10/31 update! Exceptional dedication and service today. Jeremy R did a fantastic job on our 12-foot shop doors. These guys were exceptional! They not only tuned up our garage doors, they made corrections to keep the cables from wearing through and to insure that the door operators work smoothly. They were polite, knowledgeable and EXCEPTIONAL!
