Absolutely terrible! Watch out because they tell you things are included in pricing and they are not. Replaced our garage door without insulation for $5000 and not even a bulb was put in the new motor to make sure the light worked when the garage door opens/ closes. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else! If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

The technician left a mess in my garage—tools, packaging, and even spilled lubricant on the floor. They didn’t even bother cleaning up or apologizing. Total lack of professionalism. Warranty is a joke. I was promised a multi-year warranty on their parts and labor, but when the door malfunctioned after 4 months, they claimed it wasn’t covered. Then they tried to charge me again for the same work!
