Tried to reach out to the owner for a refund (I'd be happy with a partial refund) with no response. We had some areas they missed and when I asked them to come back out to fix, we were told it would be another $125 on top of the $775 I already paid. Since then we've found more cracks they missed and that's when i reached out for a refund. I'm sorry, if I'm paying that high dollar amount, I surely should not still be having water coming through.
