Very unprofessional staff! Called to inquire about pest control services and a woman answered the phone with a "YES??" like she was at home answering an annoying telemarketer call! When I inquired if this was the pest control service she answered impatiently saying "YES! How can I help you!!" Not at all sounding like she wanted to HELP one bit!
