Horrible service! They replaced the door less than 2 years ago and it is already broken. When challenged about the quality of the previous workmanship, the repairman displayed a typical 'southern' attitude. Find another company if you want the door to last more than 2 years!
Called the office one time told the guy what was wrong set up time to come out. Tech arrived 20 mins early which is unusual these days. Tech did a great job. Very courteous and knew what he was doing. Any more door problems I will definitely call them.
Great communication. Great scheduling, game by 2 hrs after I called in. Speedy maintenance. Very fair pricing. Couldn't recommend more highly. Made the company that installed our door look like amateurs, took them 4 hrs to return my call just to schedule for a different day. Fortunately you were already done and I had the pleasure of blowing them off.

I requested the work be started before I got home. So I was able to trust them with an unlocked house, and the work was almost completed by the time I got home. Everyone I talked to was easy to work with, and prices are in line with other companies in the area. Great work!

Great service and excellent product.
Fixed the problem with a better solution than how it was existing with one spring on a double door. Even provided maintanence to the door not being fixed and changed the light bulbs without ever telling us! We were thrilled as we only have a fairly short ladder. Friendly customer service by phone and with the technician.Also, very prompt and efficient.
