My air conditioner stopped working last week. As a pregnant lady in July, it was brutal. A1 Cooling showed up promptly, and fixed the issue. I was so thankful for their fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!
A1Cooling is a family owned and operated business. Johnnie (owner) was quick to come to our home to try and fix our 20 yr old HVAC system. When it was no longer feasible to fix he gave us 3 different quotes and explained the differences. The unit was ordered and in place within a few days. Houston and his team installed the new unit. Stopped in to ask some questions about my thermostat and unit, owner was kind and knowledgeable, secretary was sweet and helpful, Houston, a worker was helpful also and volunteered to stop by my house later in the day to take a look at my unit and to answer some questions I may have. The secretary called later in the day to let me know Houston was stopping by. Houston shows up and was very helpful, he answered all my questions and was knowledgeable.
