Stopped in to ask some questions about my thermostat and unit, owner was kind and knowledgeable, secretary was sweet and helpful, Houston, a worker was helpful also and volunteered to stop by my house later in the day to take a look at my unit and to answer some questions I may have. The secretary called later in the day to let me know Houston was stopping by. Houston shows up and was very helpful, he answered all my questions and was knowledgeable.
