He promised to come around 9am today and I confirmed last week and he still Hasn’t showed up and does not respond to my text and calls. It’s almost 11am. I cleared the carpets to be cleaned so now that was time wasted. He has done work for me in the past and he did a great job but not communicating if there are any emergencies affect his customers schedule also. He has all great reviews but I need to reach out to him and this is the only way I can think of.
