A1 saved my project. As a free lance grant writer I need my printer to work ever time. In the middle of printing the finished grant I'd been contracted to provide my customer, my HP 4500 Laser printer stopped working. My efforts to adjust and resolve the problem made things worse - I jamed the toner cartridges so they wouldn,t move; and cyan toner was every where.
