Great Customer Service! Got my car complete in a timely matter and they kept in contact with me every step of the way. Even went above and beyond and detailed my car. When I had questions or concerns Sam and Taylor was always welling to investigate, help, and correct any issues. I would highly recommend them for any body and glass repair.
Do not go to the Deerfield location! A two or three day job took 11 days. I was promised the car tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow for a week. Now the insurance company of the woman who hit me doesn’t want to pay for 11 days of a rental. The body shop didn’t submit an extension to Allstate and the body shop said they “don’t cover rentals.” I was also lied to when Matthias, one of the managers, told me not to worry about the rental car - that it was okay.
