Great service ,fast and honest
Jim is personable, professional and approachable. He's thorough and gives you the information needed and there is no pressure felt. I feel listened to and appreciated as a customer. I just spent a very good chunk of money because my car was getting close to 100,000 miles and Jim explained all the work done when I went to pick up my car. Great place and very hard workers!!!
Just called and asked for a quote. Told the mechanic exactly what I needed and he said that he needed to see the vehicle. Asked him if it was a free estimate, he said no and that no one does that. explained that I just got a free estimate and was just price checking. Told him Midas gave me a quote over the phone and I will be going with them. He hung up on me. Wish I could give no stars. Definitely not a fake review. Of course you have no idea who I am, you or one of your employees hung up on me. Learn some customer skills.
It’s a small shop, but they do it all! This time I needed a last-minute smog and they took me right in and it only took five minutes. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
