Very unprofessional sales call. Called asking for prices on shocks and struts. Was told they don’t give quotes unless they bring the car in to diagnose themselves. I told them I wasn’t interested and my phone disconnected due to bad service. A series of phone calls without them being able to hear me, one of them resulted in them calling and telling me to “grow up moron” and hanging up.
They are quick and professional and do a top rated job on any work I need done
Needed a smog and other issues fixed. A-1 was straightforward, helped and got things done in a sufficient amount of time.
recently took my 2016 Ford Mustang EcoBoost to this mechanic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me step by step. He made sure I fully understood what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it.
