We are here to repair cars but more importantly we believe focusing on the customer, understanding customers’ needs, goals and problems. My car was well overdue for an oil change, and I'm so happy I had such a great experience at A1! I'd had mixed experiences in the past with auto repair shops - as a young woman, it can be frustrating dealing with macho male mechanics who don't take me seriously and try to overcharge me in hopes that I won't notice. Went in today to get my car smogged. Staff was super friendly. I was a little rushed, but they were able to accommodate and had me in and out quickly and efficiently.
I just want to thank the team at A1 for the great service they’ve provided over the past couple of years. I’m often abroad, so it’s mostly my daughter’s car they take care of—and they’re always there for her after I’ve made the arrangements. If you're looking for an honest auto repair shop, this is the place to go. I brought in my Lincoln Aviator to check if it needed new brakes, and they told me I could wait much longer before replacing them. I really appreciate their honesty — it's hard to find mechanics like that these days.
