Bought a battery that failed in its warranty period. Manager offered ZERO support or help other than "we have to test it", no matter how many times I told him I was stranded because of the dead battery. I went to another Supercharge Battery outlet, their help and support was legendary seeing as I didnt even buy the battery from them! Lost my business and when they read this review, they'll know I do/ used to, buy from them regularly.
