Frankly when I saw that Harry’s Auto Collision Center wasn’t the 5 star reviewed establishment that it clearly is, I was shocked to read those one star reviews. You just can't beat this place for honest and reliable service. They bend over backwards for their customers and tell you straight up what's going on with your car. Whether you are knowledgeable or not about auto repair, they'll never rip you off.

10.29.15 - This is the fourth week in a row I was told my vehicle would be done on Friday that it is not done. This simply illustrates to me a poorly managed body shop that is unable to maintain the expectations of their clients and the demand of vehicles coming in. I brought my car in for an estimate a week and a half ago and was informed that an estimate would only take a few days. Not only has NO ONE contacted the insurance company about the estimate, an agent calls me 11 days later and says that I need to bring my car in AGAIN to have pictures taken again. NOTHING had been done in 11 days and I'm still at square one. I left several voice messages and sent several emails and no one contacted me about the status of the estimate. Very unhappy with experience and lack of quality control. Staff was very rude not only to me but my AAA insurance adjuster too way to make a impression. Unfortunately my car was already in the process of getting repaired. Had to go back to body shop three times to point to poor quality of the repairs they attempted! Don't waste your time.
