Exceptional service from start to finish! Our AC went out on a 90-degree day due to a dead compressor. We called in the morning, and within just four hours, a technician was at our home diagnosing the issue and walking us through multiple options. I can't say enough good things about Tony and his excellent customer service. My outside AC unit was not functioning properly. It's an older unit, and I was told by other companies that the parts needed to repair it would take "2 or 3 weeks" to come in and that it probably wasn't even worth repairing due to its age. I then talked to Tony and he had me text the model# of the unit to him.
