I ben using this place for 5 years now and never had problems, management is a lot better now.
This storage is a nightmare. Some years back I had it and the owner /manager was rude so I made it a point not to speak or deal with her. I have sent multiple people there bc of the price being a little cheaper I thought it would be worth it. Last winter they “accidentally” locked my items . And I had to wait over a week to get my items and by the time they took it off it was the next month and they wanted me to pay for that month even though I would’ve had my items out before that month.
