Really neat people, came out same day I called. Would definitely recommend
they showed up on time for their appointment. They fixed the problem. They charge me a reasonable fee. Tanner did great work. I really appreciate it.
Aaron from A&Z has always gone above and beyond for his service.
They installed a new AC unit last summer. When we had to turn it on this spring, it wasn't working right. Tanner came out and found that the original tech didn't install something correctly. He made the repairs completely free of charge and wouldn't even accept a tip for the afternoon he spent getting it working again. Great experience with A & Z, highly recommended.
AVOID: I purchased a used home in summer of 2024. Over the winter we started having issues with our furnace - mostly just cutting off. I called out an HVAC company to investigate. They discovered that the incorrect diameter of exhaust pipe was installed. 2" pipe was installed and the manufacturer clearly required 3" pipe based on the length of the exhaust run - per the install manual.
