Technician showed up to repair my Bertazzoni oven. Blew out all of the power in the building twice. Second time fried my oven lower element. Then left me with an oven that "works but doesn't heat up". Cost me an extra $700 to have someone come repair the damage to the oven caused by the technician.
Needed a thermocouple replaced in Bertazzonni oven. Replaced and up and running running. Good communication
Repaired my dishwasher on warranty. Came out correct.
