Don't waste your time or money with this joker. He came in with the personality of a wet towel. Then started running off at the head how he will find something and it's his job to. He put the buying and selling of a house a month behind by crying about a little dampness in basement. Luckily, we were able to find 2 other inspectors to approve what he would not. Total waste of time and money.
Very professional
Andrew did a structural inspection on a home I was interested in purchasing. There were questions about the foundation and he assured us it was “structurally sound” (in his own words). We went forward with purchase and 5 months later the walls caved in a significant amount. $20,000 repair. The only mistake bigger than buying this home was hiring Andrew and taking his word.
