I found staff to be very welcoming and helpful especially when having to prepare for a surgery. I did not care how the doctor treated me. So I found a different gynecologist. I did tell the office manager I was unhappy with the doctor who made me cry all the way outside the office
Dr Fromlak was very thorough, explained everything clearly and was extremely personable. Her staff are friendly and helpful.
Extremely rude front desk. no sense in wasting time calling the office. Even if the MD is phenomenal you'll never know, because talking to the front desk makes you not want to come in all together.
RUN!! They will literally take all your money I am so disappointed and would NEVER RECOMMEND this place! I keep getting bills and I pay them I ask for an updated amount every time and they add more to my bill after a whole YEAR. It’s never ending charges. Then I get 4 bills in the mail and stating my insurance at the time was Not in network when I specifically kept going because they said they were. Loved the Dr!!! BUT! They billed Medicare for services not asked for. Also, lab tests that were not covered. I spoke with Billing Dept and was assured they would take care of it. 3 months later, Medicare has not heard from them. I am barely holding off Sutter and Labcorp sending me to collections So very unfortunate because she seems like a wonderful Doctor😞
