Very disappointing experience with billing. My wife was assured that her lab tests would be covered by insurance. Now we have received a bill for several hundred dollars because the tests were not covered. We relied on the information we were given, and now our family is left with an unexpected expense. I was referred here in September 2023 because my normal gyno doesn't do nexplanon insertions. The process for getting it in was 3 weeks long and required me to come in weekly, pay a copay and my insurance be billed for each visit, going through an initial "consult" about nexplanon, despite already having one with my original gynecologist when she wrote the prescription, a second appointment to get it inserted, and a third to check in. Very nice and professional front desk and Staff! I came in the first time when I did have Insurance and this time when I didn’t have insurance and they made sure to not charge me extra or do unnecessary services (both times). Dr Tatiana Fromlak was very clear and helpful and listened to all my requests and gave me good advice each time. I appreciate this whole office thank you!🙏🏼
Rude and unprofessional front desk. Laughed at me and violated my privacy. Doctor was extremely rude and dismissive without even doing an exam and is very prejudiced. Religious icons/pictures all over. If you are not a religious & straight woman Stay Away. Worst experience with any doctor in my life.
