This clinic used to serve the community with dignity, but now it’s all downhill. Leadership is careless and reactionary—they’ll hire anyone, even if they’re unqualified, just to fill a spot. Patients deserve safe, consistent care, not chaos behind the scenes. With patient data breaches and constant staff changes, it’s hard to trust anything about this place anymore.
I don’t get the bad reviews, some people are just impatient, but this is hands down the best clinic. The staff were very kind and friendly. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and never judged. They explained everything clearly and the environment felt calm and supportive, and we truly appreciated how private and respectful the appointment was. I waited 3 hrs to be seen for a consult and I was more than early went to the back to wait another or so then received a call today that my appt I scheduled at a earlier time to get out at a reasonable time and could fit my life situation was completely ignored and they can’t care for patient needs OUTRAGEOUS after this appointment I definitely will have to look into other places for options staff was nice just time management is horrible and patients matter
My appointment was at 9AM but the doors open at 8:30 so I was already out the door by 9:10 AM for my first appointment. It was quick, yet extremely informative. The staff was pleasant and professional which was top tier, especially considering how nervous I was. I go back after the 72 hour waiting period in a couple days and hope to have just as positive of an experience.
