They deserve zero stars. They don't return calls and the lack of communication is pathetic and inexcusable (I had to leave multiple messages because there's no one live to talk with). The service we received was terrible. Our overall experience couldn't be worse. Kelly doesn't know what she is doing/constantly makes excuses.

Shaquiera Turner has been incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. I was impressed with how thorough Shaquiera was during the exam. She (1) listened to my concerns (2) asked detailed questions, and (3) explained everything she was checking, which showed a deep understanding of my health. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. My wait time was minimal, and Shaquiera had a wonderful bedside manner, making me feel comfortable and valued.
Bad experience with expensive special order garment. Could not have gone worse. Went to urgent care to treat sores they created.
