work was completed on time (2 days). was told that items would be moved inward away from the walls and section sealed to prevent debris from coming through barrier. all the workers did was covered the items with clear plastic covering but debris and dust still got on items. during the digging of the trench drainage, it caused the main water inlet pipe to leak from its coupler. due to the contract stipulation at time I signed for them to do work, the contractor is protected from damages from 'pre-existing' wear-tear from the ... read more
