About a year ago, Duane installed a water softener for my home as well as an RO system to use at my kitchen sink and fridge. I couldn't be happier. He truly listened to what my goals were to understand what I wanted and educated me along the process as well. He was a pleasure to work with and did not try to sell me extra things. My plumber referred A+Water to me for a new water softener and I quickly found Duane Adams to be trustworthy and very knowledgeable. With the very hard water of Bountiful, Duane explained different kinds of softeners and the need for one better than the Home Depot variety that went bad. Duane is very approachable and a good guy.
