Had a great experience with A+ Water. We had a previous water softener that was about 3 years old and were never really satisfied with its performance. We called A+ to come take a look at it and Duane adjusted the settings that were improperly set and explained that the system itself was most likely too small for our needs but to give it a try. A Plus Water went the extra mile for our family and home. Duane was so helpful and knowledgeable about what systems would be best for our situation. Tim showed up to install and very quickly we learned they had sent the best. He came up with a better location than we thought was possible. He created more work for himself but went above and beyond to provide the best scenario/ work for us. Duane is awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Very prompt service and he explains everything very well. We live in west kaysville and just filling a cup with water you could smell the chlorine. Shame on you kaysville, so we gave him a call to see if there was a setting or something our water softener could do to help with this. Checked other companies out & this one was very promt in getting me taken care of right away.Duane was the service man & did a wonderful job.No trying to upsell or anything.I recommend this company to anyone.Otjers charge a lot more for the same thing.Very pleased.
They installed a water softener for us and the whole process went smoothly. Duane came out and provided us different options and their products and estimate were better than the other two companies I contacted. When I called Duane back to let him know we wanted to go with them, he was able to come out the same day and install our water softener. Installation took about two hours. Highly recommend.
