Friendly and helpful staff that "always" has the your meds when you need them. They focus on the customer's needs as prescribed by their physician. Unlike the the major corporate pharmacy, A&W have never said that they ran out and could not get them untill the next "fixed" delivery date, often weeks away. Nor will you hear, the patent excuse, "We have no control over orders, corporate determines that." This happens very often with major corporate pharmacies.
