While driving 70 mph on the highway during a cross-country trip, I discovered that one of my wheels was about to come off because A&W had only “finger-tightened” three of the four new tires they had just installed. We were extremely fortunate that there was a nearby exit — otherwise this could have ended in a catastrophic accident. I have ONLY had fantastic experiences at A&W. The folks that work here are attentive and super kind. They're incredibly trustworthy as they are honest with me about work that needs to be done and work that doesn't need to be done- they aren't trying to take money from me, they are getting the work done while maintaining respect for the customer and themselves. Bring your car here!
Got over $1,000 worth of work on my car done here then not long after Willie informed me that he didn't want to service my vehicle anymore with no given reason, very unprofessional in my opinion especially after I've spent a substantial amount of money utilizing their services.
