Kemp and the team at A&W are quick and thorough, and reasonably priced.
I needed my brake pads checked and they told me they couldn’t get to my wheels cause they couldn’t find my lug nut key. I just tried to do the work myself and they just pop off with a screw driver. They still charged me too
Charged me $300 to fix my heat and it still didn’t work. Instead of a refund they “checked it again” and wasted my whole day (expect them to keep you waiting for 6 hours) just to tell me it needed a different part replaced. I can’t believe I took off work to get scammed by this shop. My car still doesn’t have heat and I’m out $300. I will not return here.
A&W have been my community "car maintenance" folks for 26 some years. I have used the dealership of my Subaru only on a few occasions. The young crew that has taken over after A&W retired are doing well, have a proper neighborly attitude added to their professionalism. Pleasant people to work with and rely on.
