I visited this practice for my first eye exam in the US and explicitly mentioned I was unfamiliar with the process. The eye exam was quick and thorough. Selecting glasses was painless as well! Tati was great. She is smart, professional, and fun. She brings great energy to the office.
I have had my prescription given incorrectly here (after meeting with an ophthalmologist due to ongoing issues, he informed me I needed to correct my prescription, and he diagnosed me with an astigmatism that was never diagnosed here after 2 years of going to this office). I then needed to come back, against my better judgment, because I had conjunctivitis that was not clearing and they were the office with availability on a Saturday.
