First - doc was fine and helpful. The man helping me order my contacts weirdly flirted with me the whole time - invasive and uncomfortable. I’ve emailed them 4 times asking for an itemized bill and have been categorically ignored. (Pretty sure I was overcharged.) I attempted to pick my contacts up twice after my appointment during normal business hours and the door was locked - once had a sign saying they’d be back soon? Once just locked. Never going back.

Be very wary of their billing department and what they charge. I felt absolutely scammed. After 2 years of being a patient, I had a bill come almost a year past my appointment date due to an insurance issue, where they then charged my $141 on top of $129 I paid at the time of my appointment. Just for routine eye exam and contact lens fitting. I will not be back.

Doctor Neeraj is great, and was very patient and understanding with me as I have some phobias about my eyes being examined. I had a routine eye exam as well as more testing due to ongoing issues. He was very clear and thorough explaining how each item would be billed, as some were through vision and some through medical insurance. The office itself is quite small and could use some comfier/cleaner chairs.
