Doctor Neeraj is great, and was very patient and u deets a sing with me as I have some phobias about my eyes being examined. I had a routine eye exam as well as more testing due to ongoing issues. He was very clear and thorough explaining how each item would be billed, as some were through vision and some through medical insurance. The office itself is quite small and could use some comfier/cleaner chairs.

I scheduled an appointment via Zocdoc with Dr. Bindal. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen by a different doctor with no notice (only reason not 5 stars). She was very professional, answered all my questions, and overall pleasant to work with. The rest of the staff were efficient and kind as well. Big fan that they did not try to upsell me on anything I wasn’t explicitly looking for. I visited this practice for my first eye exam in the US and explicitly mentioned I was unfamiliar with the process.
