Such amazing service and great quality products! I stopped by this place with the intent of just making an appointment but didn't realize they were technically already closed. � Regardless, Lupita offered to take me right there and then. She really took the time to explain the process for the color I ultimately want and made recommendations. And I'm so glad she did, cause after 3.5 hours, I love how my hair came out!! �� Can't wait to go back and start on the next process in a few weeks. Thanks so much Lupita!!
I am beyond ecstatic right now! I had my hair cut by Sondra today and I am extremely happy with it. I usually try to wait until I travel outside of the Valley to get my hair cut because until a today, I've had not-so-good experiences. Today I couldn't wait and stopped by Virtuous Salon as a walk-in. Glad I did. I finally found my hair care home.
Sondra has earned so much experience as a HairDesigner She' an expert in hair color. Highlights, licensed to do Brazilian Blow-outs. She has a wide selection of hair products to keep your hair brilliant Sondra will take such good care of you ; )
Very, disapointed. Showed Sandra a picture of an ombre balayage look and my hair was left orange. I asked her to fix it because I had not liked it and it was not what I showed or wanted, as a result the lady wanted to add color but not bleach or else it would be extra. Its unbelievable how people can be so cruel and can not accept something went wrong and apologize. All I wanted was to get the color we originally agreed on. Im left with an orange hair now. I paid for a 911kit and will have to pay extra just to get it fixed. ... read more
