Alfredo requested upfront payment for 12 month service for the multifamily property. And I paid him. That part went well. Now come the bad part. His treatment did not bring any improvement and he doesn't come back , as he promised. It became difficult to get him on phone and when we did, he "schedules the appointment" and never show up.
