Alfredo requested upfront payment for 12 month service for the multifamily property. And I paid him. That part went well. Now come the bad part. His treatment did not bring any improvement and he doesn't come back , as he promised. It became difficult to get him on phone and when we did, he "schedules the appointment" and never show up. Talk about great service… A. Valdez was very informative as to the issue I was having in my home as to the step by step process he was going to partake in fixing the problem. You can tell with speaking to him that he has a vast knowledge in his line of work, which brought my mind at ease when hiring him. Needless to say I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done in my home. He gave me a good price for the quality service. I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

I will not ever use this service again. I spent 2000 to get rid of bedbugs in my fathers house after he died, I had the house cleaned out, the house is completely empty of everything even appliances and the bedbugs are back months later. This company doesn't stand by their service. When I called for help I was called names and yelled at. Sad too, he seems like such a nice young man, with a young child and was talking about marrying the mother. Thank God I found and called A. Valdez Pest Control. I live in an apartment complex and unfortunately no matter how clean your home is, rodents can come into your home from other people’s apartments. I have had two other companies service my home in the past and all they have done was put a band aid on the problem, but have never eliminated it.
