Well done. but didn't show up when originally scheduled.
My friend highly recommended this company, so I gave them a call. The woman who answered the phone told me someone would call me right back to schedule an appointment. I waited and waited, and that call never came. I then sent an email explaining what happened. No response. The only reason I gave them two stars is because my friend highly recommended them. My experience was zero stars.
Poor experience with estimate, and manager. Wanting to charge $350 for three hours of work w/ apprentice help, that typically takes one person an hour-and-a-half at most, and another $200 for materials (that literally cost around $5-10 a pop at any hardware vendor). When I asked the manager about this he was unable to directly justify the quote, and ended up backing out of the job.
