I took my mother there and it was a waste of time they don’t know what they’re doing. They told her she has something and It wasn’t true I took her to another hospital, not to Saint Joseph to another one, and that I made it in time with her it Would have been worse they don’t know what they doing
I came in this place and it was a complete waste of my insurance money. The experience I had was far from satisfactory. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who spent barely five minutes with me before sending me on my way with instructions to buy cough drops and saline spray. The entire visit felt rushed and incomplete. The next morning I awoke feeling worse and with cough drops to treat my illness. The male nurse looks as if he just got out of bed and put on his dirty scrubs. Shame on this facility.
