BrianF I have used Urban 3x, and each time was a good experience. Chris can understand many building issues, and is honest with a solution, resolution, and compleition. Urban's prices are fair, I will use them again.

won't work with them again I have used them 2x. The first time, they did a good job and was pleased enough to call them again on another job. The 2nd time, not at all. They misrepresented the work they were to do and what they charged for it. The amount they charged for a very simple project was outrageous, and they refused to work with me on the price even a little or even acknowledge that he barely did anything for the money. I will not work with them again.
