Customer service isn't something that this company is good at. For example, when someone who purports to be the Vice President of the company writes the statement, "Your killing me." Overall my interaction with the office staff has been very good. I've worked with Charlotte and Jessica plenty of times and they have displayed nothing but courtesy and professionalism.

I've been at Fentonridge Dr. for about 6 years now. I appreciate how Charlotte, Glenda and Jessica are there for me, re rentals and possible move to another ATX house. My experience with Lauren as coordinator in the office has been GREAT!! He's courteous, professional, friendly and knows how to manage/resolve my house problems. His office and coordination skills work so well for me. He and Art manage the maintenance issues really well too.
When we first read reviews about ATX Property Management we were a little skeptical to say the least but have had nothing but a pleasant experience in our year and a half of renting. Keep up the good work. Thank you!!!
