Horribly rude and disrespectful. I called to inquire about an inspection. Within a few words of me explaining what I'm looking for he talked over the top of me and starts explaining to me a completely irrelevant situation. He goes on for awhile before I interject and tell him he's misunderstood. I get about 4 words in again and he does the same thing. Extremely unprofessional. The “gentleman” that answered the phone chastised me for having called on a holiday despite their website saying they were open. When I told him his website said “open” he hung up on me. They lost my business for sure
