Do not use this company. We hired them for work in our yard but they came back to remove some trees in our neighbor's yard. Branches they were cutting down were hitting our house and falling onto our power lines. My husband went outside to ask them to be more careful and the owner of the company cursed at him and essentially told him to get lost. Awful customer service - no one should be treated that way, especially not a previous customer.
We had our Birch Tree removed a few days ago and A Tree Service did a great job! They were very respectful of our property as well as our neighbor's property, easy to communicate with, finished the job within a few hours, and gave us the lowest quote. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again. Thanks A Tree Service!
Wow. Just tried to get a quote from them, and Clive(?) was an extremely rude, unprofessional person. We had an ash tree taken down by them about 3-4 years ago in Saint Paul for about $350-$400. We need another similarly-sized ash tree taken down this year, and he quoted me $900. I asked why such a large discrepancy, and he got extremely rude and gave me some nonsense about costs being higher. More than double in 3 three years? Hardly. He then insulted me and hung up. Had A-Tree Service take down on very old and dying Green Ash in our front yard. They also trimmed up on a huge Sliver Maple and a Locust Tree that had large branches growing over the roof of our house. Based on the great work the did - you can hardly they were ever there. The clean up was seriously amazing and the trimmed trees look great. Big shout out to the crew on the job: Joe & Shawn! Thank you to Lane who help organize the work as well.
We had two large pines removed from a tight spot between homes, as well as major pruning on another large locust. They did an excellent job--very professional, and a pleasure to do business with.
