I bought the Groupon as a gift for my husband several months ago and when I went to schedule it for him, no one answered and I left a voicemail. Then a couple weeks went by and I called again, nothing. I then went on here to google and realized I’d made a mistake it not checking this place out on more than just Groupon before purchasing. Maybe this place was once legit but it’s obviously a scam now. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back from Groupon because they were not able to contact this place either.
SCAM!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY, ESPECIALLY THROUGH GROUPON.
I typically don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I’d rate it less than 1 star if possible. The business is unresponsive, I called for 2-3 days to set something up and I never got a pick up or a call back from anyone. I went there in person to try to set an appt, address not findable. There are no signs or indicators as to where the business is or an entrance, nothing. SCAM! 0 stars.. I have been trying to get a hold of this place for weeks, always goes to voicemail and I left many many messages. I purchased a Groupon for 2 massages that I now cannot use which is super disappointing. The reviews on Groupon are great and recent..don't fall for it! Looking at the reviews on here it appears everyone else has the same issue as I did. What a scam!
Heads up: this place is a scam that preys on people through Groupon. Groupon is also little to no help in getting your money back.
