A Touch of Elegance did our daughter's wedding and it was perfect! My cake chef even commented to me later that "the florist did a remarkable job with the flowers that decorated the cake. She was amazing and very professional." I agree that they were very helpful and their flowers made our daughter's wedding a stunning event!
I put a deposit down for our wedding flowers and after that I couldn't ever get her to return my phone calls!!!! After she promised that she would. There is no way that I would trust her to do my wedding flowers. I would be too nervous that they wouldn't get done. They're always short staffed when I call and she usually cannot come to the phone. They did the flowers for my friend's wedding which were so beautiful. There were three different styles and one giant fresh arrangement all in white and lime green with apples under the flowers. It was so elegant and fun. I helped my friend in planning her wedding and reception and she loved the flowers and the people at the florist. We will both be recommending them to our friends. Great job!!!
I was having issues with my floral delivery. The contact I had at A Touch of Elegance was extremely rude to me when I was asking questions. So not only did my order not get filled, but I was treated poorly as well. Look to another shop the next time you need flowers in Louisville.
I was looking at florists online and this place looked good on the surface. I wish I had seen some of the other reviews first. My order did not get delivered and I missed out on a surprise for my girl. I will be trying somewhere else next year.
Too expensive for what you get...definitely not worth it.
This is easily one of the nicest decorated and most sanitary nail salons in the area. The shop is a real oasis with the day spa room that includes a relaxing waterfall. It provides a tremendous atmosphere for a pedicure. The attention to detail and the friendly service that comes with each manicure, including the maintenance of acrylic nail sets, is one of a kind. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for complete nail service.
