Was greeted upon entry, and was assisted by the younger woman working. Who informed me of the charms that high lighted Jackson hole, she even helped put the charm on the bracelet for us. I recommend this location! It was a charm with an elk on it!
Went 15 minutes before close just to pick up a charm and they were closed already
Horrible customer service. I was given a $500 gift card from my boss and I was there today to use it. I felt like I was totally ignored and treated different for being hispanic. They will only acknowledge Americans that’s for sure! No class! Disgusting
