We brought our cats here for years. The service and grooming from Melissa was exceptional and our cat always felt so special after her grooming. It went way downhill since Melissa left for Yuma. The great service we had previously was now abrupt and mediocre and the prices increased by a large percentage for almost everything. We've even witnessed a small dog who was left unattended on a grooming table fall off and whimper.
