They did an excellent job on our Zoe (Pomeranian) and they also showed me the correct brush to use on her to keep her fur tangle free. We went straight to Pet Smart to get one.

The ladies at A Touch of Class always do an awesome job when I need my two dogs nails clipped. They're the best!
I have always been very satisfied with my dogs grooming. She is so happy to see Kellie and always looks smashing!
Got an appointment for my little Maltese 8 days in advance for the first appointment of the day at 8:00 a.m., she still was not done at 5:45 p.m.. I finally just went after her and brought her home. I got her home and there was a gash on her shoulder, that was not there when I took her in. She was so terrified, she didn't eat, and she shook for 3 days. I would never refer this place to anyone.

Sorry, you were not happy. We always ask when dropping your dog off if you would like to pick it up at a certain time. We close at 5:00, so I don't think it was 5:45 when you came back in. I know there was not anything wrong with your dog when you picked it, because we always let the owner know if we notice any problems with their dog. This is the first I have heard of any of this. Love A Touch of Class! My Yorkie is a bit of a brat, but he always looks great. She always knows what cut will work with his hair. He has several cow licks so it's not easy to make him look great, but she always does.

I have been taking my small dog to Touch of Class for over 5 years, she is always happy to go there and looks GREAT when I pick her up. I also LOVE their new location!
I am thankful for such a fantastic groomer! She really understands peoples connections to their dogs. I brought my 2lb baby in for his very first haircut and she let me stay in the waiting room and pace like a nervous momma! She was so gentle and so kind with him I feel so good being able to drop all three of my little babies off there! Thank you!!!!
